Voice Over IP (VOIP) is the replacement technology for the current analogue telephony and we are able to offer a solution to all schools that are on Warwickshire broadband.

In addition you have increased security protection as our systems are protected by our enterprise grade firewall.
VOIP support is provided through the ICTDS service desk and is carried out by dedicated ICTDS engineers, providing a full end-to-end service. This also supports productive, smooth, and swift delivery of services overall, including troubleshooting VOIP with knowledge of the network.
Our solution provides handsets, softphones, and mobile app support, allowing users to take calls whilst not physically on school site. This solution enables the user to have an extension on three different devices with no additional cost. In addition, it offers a flexible voicemail setup that can be personalised to schools' own requirements as well as call groups.
