James also supports schools through the process of Academy conversion and works with WES Service Managers on a number of service improvement plans and new product development initiatives.

Hilary is a CIPD qualified experienced practitioner providing HR support and guidance as a member of the Schools Advisory Team.  Hilary provides risk assessed HR advice on all employment matters and relevant case work to the Schools Senior Leadership Team and Governors. Hilary supports on case work inclusive of disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence and change processes covering staffing reductions, re-structures and TUPE. Her role entails advising on terms and conditions of employment for both support and teaching staff working within a school environment.
