This comprehensive service helps you meet the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
Working in partnership with your senior leadership team and staff who manage data, this service delivers all the work of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), it:
- Provides a named officer, with support from our specialist DPO service team and legal advisors
- Monitors compliance with the UKGDPR and other data protection law, including support for managing internal
- data protection activities, advising on data protection impact assessments, training staff and conducting
- internal audits
- Acts as the first point of contact for supervisory authorities and for individuals whose data is processed
