Bespoke Legal Support

You can choose to receive legal support on a buy as you need basis – you will simply be charged at the hourly rate for the support you receive.  

If you have additional schools joining your multi academy trust or you are forming a new trust, we can offer end to end legal support for the conversion/set up process.  We provide a full package of advice and guidance covering employment, property, governance, corporate and charity law.

Independent Review Panels

This service provides the complete administration for pupil exclusion reviews,  giving you the reassurance that the process has been managed independently of the parties involved.  

The service is delivered in line with the statutory requirements and DfE guidance and includes:

• A single administrative contact point for all parties, and the allocation of a named lawyer to advise the panel;
• The processing of all documentation from the parties;
• Dealing with queries relating to the review;
• Scheduling the review hearing, sourcing an appropriate venue, arranging refreshments; and 
• Providing independent panel members who have had the required training, and a legally trained clerk, and sourcing an SEN expert if required. 

Training

We offer bespoke training courses at a small charge on a range of legal related topics including data protection, school admission appeals,school exclusions and letting contracts.
