One contact to our service opens the door to specialist teams across Education, Health and Social Care giving you a completely tailored service that supports you to raise standards for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEN&D).

Coordinating individual action plans for learners with additional needs requires the expertise of a wide range of professionals and takes significant time.  Without professional support, it can be daunting.  

We have an excellent working knowledge of Warwickshire’s systems and processes to enable your needs to be met through one initial contact.  As well as offering services for children in receipt of SEN Support, we provide you with crucial continuity of provision by working seamlessly with other SEN&D services to deliver a statutory service for children who have an EHC Plan or who are in the process of Statutory Assessment..

The Effectiveness of our Service

  • 90% of the children and young people we work with achieve good progress against their Individual Education Plan objectives. 
  • Over 97% of initial contacts were made within 5 days of receiving a request for a referral assessment in 2015.
  • 100% of feedback is delivered within the agreed timescale after completing a referral assessment
  • Over 95% of our training sessions are rated by delegates as good or excellent

  • A pupil we have worked with intensively and extensively both in school and out to maintain his school place, achieved 2 A* and 2 As in his A' levels and has a place at Uni for 2016.
