This brochure gives you an overview of the WES services available to your school.

Full details of all subscription services are available on the WES website.  As well as the services in our brochure, we can arrange packages tailored to your school – contact us if you would like to discuss these.

Your School's Price List

Your school's unique price list has prices for all WES Subscription Services available for your school, and it can be found in your "my account" space on the WES website. 

Your Trust Level Price List

If you are part of a Multi Academy Trust and your Trust purchases services from WES at Trust level, these services will form part of a Trust level price list and in turn, services may not appear on your price list - James in the Commercial Team will be contacting you over coming weeks to discuss arrangements.

Ordering Your Services

To purchase your WES Subscription Services, please go to your my account space on the WES Website and select ‘Order WES Services for 2025/26.’ To ensure that you receive your chosen services from 1 September 2025, please complete your online form no later than Friday 27 June 2025. 

To purchase buy-as-you need services, please contact the services directly as and when you need them.
