The bullying of staff and students, truancy, suspensions and exclusions, accidents, deaths and virus outbreaks may seem like rare occurrences but could affect your school at any time. In such times of crisis we can manage the communications and the media for you to enable you to focus on pupils and the school community.
Our service provides emergency support in times of crisis by offering tailored support to your needs, including;
Support continues as long as the reputational risk to the school remains but our experienced team will always be available to offer communications advice and guidance throughout the subscription period.
"Dealing with a crisis situation is a traumatic experience. You are trying to pick up the pieces, bring some semblance of order and continue with educating youngsters. We received excellent support from the local authority and dealing with the newspapers, radio stations and TV cameras was a task that the Communications and Media Service helped with considerably.
The service provided so much support to the school leadership team by taking away this pressure and helping us with advice and guidance to manage communication in school as well. I’m very glad we subscribed and had this help on hand from the beginning.” Headteacher, Warwickshire School
