Reputation Management and Bad News Support Service

The bullying of staff and students, truancy, suspensions and exclusions, accidents, deaths and virus outbreaks may seem like rare occurrences but could affect your school at any time. In such times of crisis we can manage the communications and the media for you to enable you to focus on pupils and the school community.

Our service provides emergency support in times of crisis by offering tailored support to your needs, including;

• Advice on how to handle specific cases
• Help preparing written statements
• Developing strategies to help deal with the demands on your school, Academy or Multi Academy Trust from your communities, newspapers, radio and television.
• Providing media training and coaching for spokespeople
• Providing a physical presence on site to help your staff manage any media that may arrive.

 Support continues as long as the reputational risk to the school remains but our experienced team will always be available to offer communications advice and guidance throughout the subscription period.
