Your HR upgrade/downtime 

Our HR system will be receiving an upgrade on 27 August 2026, and the system will be down all day on this date whilst the upgrade takes place. 

It is important you do not access the system on 27 August 2026 whilst the update is taking place, as this could result in input being lost, process chains and workflows not working properly and you not being able to run reports so please ensure any activities that need to be carried out are completed before or after this date. 

An email will be sent to customers when the upgrade has been completed, and the system is available for your use.
