The following information is available to help you make your decisions about the purchase of WES Services from 1 September 2021.
Our Services
The WES brochure gives you an overview of the WES services available to you. Full details of all subscription services are available in our services specifications section on the WES website. You can access these once you have logged in, go to "About WES/Service Specifications". A summary of the key changes made to our services can be found here.
Your price list/order form
Your school’s individual Order Form has prices for all WES subscription services available for your school. It can be found in your my account space.
Ordering Your Services
To purchase your WES Subscription Services, please go to your my account space and select "Order WES Services for 2021/22." To ensure that you receive your chosen services from 1 September 2021, please complete your online form no later than Monday 5 July 2021.
If you would like to purchase any services at Trust level please contact JamesLong@warwickshire.gov.uk to discuss your requirements.
To purchase buy-as-you need services, please contact the services directly.

During 2020/21, WES worked hard to ensure your school's services were delivered throughout the pandemic and lockdowns. We are committed to continue this support this year, and provide your pupils and staff with these essential services into 2021/22.
