The portal offers the following:

  • Customer access to FAQ's and self-service questions to help answer general queries. 

  • As the customer you can track and update any requests that you raise which will assist you in not having to chase or duplicate work, saving you time. 

  • The request will go to the appropriate team to deal with. 

  • Access to ‘Live Chat’ You can now chat directly to our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you with your queries and provide instant support. For example if you are having an issue whilst inputting into Your HR our Customer service team will be able to provide instant support. 

 We are constantly working to develop and improve the portal so would appreciate any feedback and thoughts on how we can ensure that this works for you and we deliver excellent customer service.

Click Hornbill Direct Login


Next - click Forgot Password  and enter your email address as the User ID. You should then get emailed instructions on how to reset your password. 


You will need to select Hornbill Direct Login option each time you need to log on. 


Please do not select log in with single sign on as this will not allow you access.
