We understand that as leaders of Academies and Multi Academy Trusts property compliance is something that is always at the back of your mind and something that can keep you awake at night...our new service is designed to give you peace of mind!

With that in mind, for September 2020 we have launched a new Property Compliance Audit which links perfectly to the DfE's Good Estate Management Guide for Schools (GEMS) for Academies and Multi Academy Trusts.

Our NEW GEMS compliance audit will audit your single Academy or Multi Academy Trust and provide you with 3 essential items to understand your property position, and improve your future property compliance and keep members of the SLT informed on important matters.

The service includes;

• A property compliance position statement against guidance set out in the DFE's GEMS guidance
• Detailed action plans for improved compliance at individual academy level, but also at Trust level
• A presentation to SLT on the individual academy and trust position and action plan steps and recommended timescales for improvements
