The Management Package is designed to support you in the management of your cleaning and caretaking personnel and provide you with a performance management structure to monitor quality standards, attendance and behaviour.
The Support and Advice Package is designed to provide you with information and assistance relating to the cleaning of your buildings and the mechanics of providing your own cleaning and caretaking service and includes support with recruitment including pre-employment checks.
We can provide assessments of your building to determine how much cleaning is required to help you to ensure you are planning your in-house cleaning efficiently.
We will also carry out quality inspections on a termly basis to help you monitor standards.
The Training Package is designed to provide your cleaning and caretaking staff with all aspects of training to enable them to carry out their duties safely.
According to the frequencies on each school’s individual risk assessment, we will:
- Monitor the flow and return temperature of water heaters (calorifiers)
- Monitor the temperature of hot and cold sentinel taps and checks of all hot and cold water outlets.
- Purge little used outlets weekly and taps before the start of each new term.
- Record activities and keep records at each school site.
As part of the Caretaking Support Service – we:
- Will undertake a skills and training gap analysis of caretaker.
- Provide training to meet the gap analysis and meet legislative requirements.
- Provide an assessment of the cleaning materials and electrical equipment used in your school for safety and cost effectiveness.
