Payroll Service

The Payroll Service provides full payroll processing, ensuring your staff are paid accurately and on time.

We will input all your payroll requirements and calculate gross to net pay and your staff will be paid their salary at the required time each month.

We will provide all staff with payslips and you with detailed costing reports each month.

We will calculate third party payments on your behalf and inform you of the amounts to be paid and ensure statutory returns are made.

Payroll Service Plus HR Administration

The Payroll Plus Service includes all elements of the Payroll Service but gives you added value through support for transactional HR needs.

We will issue contracts of employment on your behalf; provide you with access to guidance and other materials and give you access to a large stock of standard HR letters for you to use locally in your academy to confirm HR changes.

New Payroll Service

Our newly designed Payroll Service provides payroll processing of gross to net pay, ensuring your staff are paid accurately and at the required time each month.

All third-party payments are managed on your behalf and all statutory returns are made accurately and on time.

Submission of information to the Service will be electronic with schools using our new online system, Payroll Direct. This provides you with full self-service through an online system where you can access your HR and Payroll data locally making submission of changes even quicker and easier and providing real time information. This is an industry standard method of processing payroll and will lead to even higher levels of accuracy.

Production of employment contracts is now available as a Buy as You Need Service on a per contract basis, meaning you will only pay for this service as required.
