Provides proactive, targeted support. As well as full access to the WES website and the Customer Services eam, you will have unlimited telephone access to a qualified specialist HR Adviser who can provide support on a range of employment matters which include:
- change processes involving staffing reductions
- restructures and TUPE’s
- safeguarding
- performance management
- grievance
- disciplinary and suspensions
- pay; grading
- and more.
You also get up to two hours of WES legal support to provide timely, risk assessed advice.
You can enhance this subscription by purchasing face-to-face support on a buy as you need basis.
Your employees will have 24/7, 365 days unlimited access to a dedicated website with information, support and guidance on a wide range of topics including:
- work/career
- relationship/family
- money management and debt
- health and wellbeing.
This also includes access to a telephone helpline for emotional support and counselling. The helpline is also available to dependents e.g. spouses or domestic partners (not ongoing support or counselling)

- Access to structured counselling either telephone, online or face to face, based on the assessed, individual requirement
- Therapy sessions, based on the assessed, individual requirement
