These sessions will be delivered by Guy Darvill, Senior Education Solicitor, Warwickshire Legal Services.

This session is aimed at developing the understanding of Governing Board memers of the Equality Act 2010 and its applicabilit in schools. With a particular focus on children with disabilities and special educational needs, it will also cover how other protected characteristics such as gender reassignment, race, religion or belief and sex apply in a school environment.
