Course description

This session aims to encourage practitioners to share adaptive teaching strategies that they already use to support the English language needs of their learners using EAL. It also introduces a range of easy to use strategies that can be implemented immediately into teaching and learning without lowering expectations of the pupils. Guidance is also provided on how to effectively adapt teaching in a responsive way to meet the language development needs of pupils who use EAL alongside curriculum learning.
