language is not English requires particular care. Warwickshire’s EAL Advisory
Team has successfully developed the EAL-SEND pathway to appropriately identify and address SEN needs in EAL learners.
Attending this course you will gain:
• A deeper understanding of bilingual/bicultural development
• Knowledge of Warwickshire’s assessment pathway to guide and inform practice
• A better understanding of appropriate strategies to address both EAL and SEN needs
