• An appointed link adviser who is available as a single point of contact;

• Unlimited email and telephone support and advice;
• One session (up to half a day) of adviser time to be used for strategic advice/discussion with your computing/leadership team;
• A delegate place at our regular subject leader events;
• A substantial discount for all curriculum CPD and events such as Robot Days;
• A delegate place at our annual school leaders conference; and  
• A delegate place for new staff on ‘Making the most of Warwickshire ICT’ course.

The Broadband Service provides internet connectivity to the National Education Network and the wide range of educational resources available through our contract with Virgin Media.  

This service includes the cost of internet filtering and network management.

This covers the costs associated with the set-up of PSN Virgin Media Broadband at your school.

The Digital Safeguarding Service has been developed to meet the new requirements of the Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance and the PREVENT agenda.

It includes internet and desktop monitoring and trend analysis of online behaviour - this supports online safety in all schools by tracking pupil and staff ICT activity.

The Welearn365 Service provides WeLearn365 – a unique Warwickshire bundle that brings together Microsoft Office365 email and applications with a collaboration/learning platform including the popular Purple Mash suite of education programmes as well as Mini Mash for nursery and reception aged children.

The service also includes automated set up, maintenance and removal of e-mail accounts as the changes are made in your SIMS system saving you considerable time.  

For secondary schools this can also include TASC Insight – a parent/school interface system that links back to your SIMS system and the Sharepoint Collaboration platform.

The Premium MIDAS Service enhances the support you receive with a scheduled three hour visit each term to cover selected MIS support tasks defined and prioritised by you.
