Our service builds capacity in your academy. We offer a depth and breadth of experience unmatched by other providers that helps you meet the needs of your vulnerable pupils and gives you a completely tailored service that supports you to raise standards for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disability.
This is a new Service from April 2017, combining specialist staff from Early Intervention Service and the Integrated Disability Service, Communication and Interaction Team.
Benefits
- We will support your academy to raise standards and improve outcomes for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) by complementing and developing the expertise of your staff through our own highly trained and qualified professionals;
- By working together, we will have a positive impact on learners’ progress against their Individual Education Plan objectives and Intervention targets;
- Our service will build capacity and remove barriers to learning that can address your academy's learning, social and emotional needs in a single coherent way.
- You will no longer need to make individual pupil referrals as you do now for pupils with Autism, Speech & Language, Development Language Disorder (formerly referred to as Specific Language Disorder), Communication & Interaction needs; instead you can negotiate the service you need through your subscription and termly liaison meetings.
Why Buy our Service
Coordinating individual action plans for learners with additional needs requires the expertise of a wide range of professionals and takes significant time and finding the capacity within school to address pupils’ needs can be challenging. Without professional support, all this can be daunting. Our streamlined and easily accessible SEND service enables your needs to be met through one point of contact.
We have an excellent working knowledge of Warwickshire’s systems and processes. As well as offering services for learners in receipt of SEN Support, we provide you with crucial continuity of provision by working seamlessly with other SEND services to deliver a statutory service for learners who have an EHC Plan or who are in the process of Statutory Assessment. All of our work enhances school's understanding and implementation of the SEND Education Provision Matrix (School age, SEN 01)
The gap in outcomes for pupils in receipt of pupil premium is a key measure of school effectiveness that requires a strategic approach and evidence of impact. Our service is uniquely designed to enable you to completely tailor your use to meet the individual needs of pupils in your academy.
The Effectiveness of our Service
- 99% of customers are satisfied with our service
- 100% of customers agree that our subscription makes a positive impact on vulnerable learners
