·        Identified how we respond to change  

·         Used tools & techniques to identify where you want to be in terms of your career

·         Undertaken an audit of your own transferrable skills

·         Identified strategies to support you in achieving your career ambitions and what your next steps will be

Who’s it for? 

·         Staff who are considering a career change and wish to improve their skills to market themselves effectively.

·         Staff who may be at risk of redundancy or seeking redeployment
