The Immediate Non-Teaching Absence Cover offers cover from day 1 of the absence.
The scheme covers absence arising due to sickness, suspension and jury service as well as compassionate and paternity leave.
Cover is provided term-time only for teaching days and provides reimbursement on a fixed hourly rate pro rata to the employee’s hours of work.
The Standard Option covers up to 60 days reimbursement for absences related to stress, anxiety and depression. All other absences are reimbursed in full as per the policy documents.
The 4th Day Non-Teaching Absence Cover offers cover from day 4 of the absence.

The Non-Teaching Maternity Cover provides insurance to create flexibility within your budget and allows you to manage costly non-teaching staff cover when employees are absent on maternity leave. The Capped Option reimburses you 75% of the costs of Occupational and Statutory Maternity payments.
