I can’t log in

Have you completed the sign up process? After completing the sign up form you will be sent a confirmation email. You must click the confirmation link in this email to complete the process.

Have you locked your account by entering the password incorrectly too many times? Check if you have received an ‘Unlock instructions’ email.


I have forgotten my password

Use the Forgot your password? link under the sign in boxes.


I have a ‘reset password token is invalid’ error

Please use the Forgot your password? link and a new email will be sent to the email address you registered with.


I didn’t receive confirmation instructions

Please use the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? link and an email will be sent to the email address you registered with.

If you have already confirmed your account, you will not receive another 'Confirmation instructions' e-mail.

If you do not get a confirmation email after using the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? link, try using the Forgot your password? link. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password for the account registered to your e-mail address.


I have a ‘confirmation token is invalid’ error

Please use the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? link and a new confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with.


I am locked out of my account

If you are locked out of your account an unlock email will be sent to the email address you registered with.

If you didn’t receive an email or get an error saying your unlock token is invalid, you can use the Didn't receive unlock instructions? link.


I don’t know what my employee number is

This can be found on a copy of your payslip in the top left underneath your name, it is usually four or five digits e.g. 1234, 12345. Ignore everything after the ‘-’ e.g. if the number is 1234-2, your employee number is 1234


I have more than one employee number

Please select one of your employee numbers to register with, you will be able to add more once you are registered.
