Course description

Target Audience - this session is intended for governors with some experience of budgeting

or schools finance, or for those who have already attended Finance Part 1 

Session 2 is built around a practical review of examples of 3 year budget reports and reporting

formats.

Delegates will:

• Consider case study examples of budget deficit and surplus

• Interrogate planning assumptions and budget variances

• Explore potential actions to bring a budget back into balance
