- We will support your academy to raise standards and improve outcomes for pupils with SEN&D by complementing and developing the expertise of your staff through our own highly trained and qualified professionals.
- By working together, we will have a positive impact on learners’ progress against their Individual Education Plan objectives and Intervention targets.
- Our service will build capacity and remove barriers to learning by addressing the diverse needs of a range of learners in a single coherent way.
Why Buy our Service
Coordinating individual action plans for learners with additional needs requires the expertise of a wide range of professionals and takes significant time and finding the capacity within the school environment to address the additional or special needs of pupils can be challenging. Without professional support it can be daunting.
We have an excellent working knowledge of Warwickshire’s systems and processes to enable your needs to be met through one point of contact through a streamlined and easily accessible SEND service. As well as offering services for children in receipt of SEN Support, we provide you with crucial continuity of provision by working seamlessly with other SEND services to deliver a statutory service for children who have an EHC Plan or who are in the process of Statutory Assessment. All of our work enhances schools understanding and implementation of the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Education Provision Matrix (School age, SEN 01).
The gap in outcomes for pupils in receipt of pupil premium is a key measure of school effectiveness that requires a strategic approach and evidence of impact. Our service is uniquely designed to enable you to completely tailor your use to meet the individual needs of pupils in your academy, whilst contributing to whole school improvement.
We work closely with officers in the Attendance Improvement Service and are happy to discuss an integrated delivery plan with schools that choose to buy both services to maximise delivery synergies.
