We work in partnership with you and qualified professionals to make it easier to resolve day-to-day maintenance issues ensuring minor problems, emergency or unplanned repair works don’t escalate and adversely affect teaching in your academy.  

We act as a consultant for bid submissions, adaptations, refurbishments, improvements and major development type works offering a complete service from inception to completion of the project, taking responsibility for its design and delivery to cost, time and quality.  This means that your time investment is minimised to permit concentration on core school activities.

• We provide a free of charge service to prepare and submit funding bids to the ESFA for planned maintenance/refurbishment works at your academy (subject to being commissioned for post bid project delivery).

• We are experts in our field and have professional back office support and infrastructure that details the history of your building and services that, together with the provision of a named Building, Mechanical and Electrical surveyor allocated to your school, means you receive a comprehensive, consistent service.
