The Asbestos Management Service is designed to enable you to meet your statutory obligations as defined by Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
The service includes an annual management asbestos inspection survey visit with an associated, prioritised report outlining any remedial works that may be required. We will help keep your asbestos register/management plan updated.
You will also have access to help and advice via telephone on 01926 476850 during the hours of 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45am – 4.00pm on Fridays as well as access to reports and e-learning on the Atlas Website.
The Water Hygiene Risk Assessment Service provides a risk assessment survey every two years (or following major works).
The survey will be carried out by a Legionella Control Association-accredited and experienced assessor and we will provide risk assessments, log books and drawings.

The Condition Survey Service provides you with a condition survey covering the building, electrical and mechanical elements of your academy.
This is carried out every three years and can help you with your day to day maintenance planning together with strategic bidding for capital funds.
Survey reports provide you with a list of each structural element with a condition grading and priority against each, helping you determine where best to allocate funds on a five-year maintenance cycle and giving you a professional opinion in any capital bids, such as the Academies Capital Maintenance Fund (ACMF).

The Fire Risk Assessment Service provides a risk assessment survey every three years and will be carried out by a competent assessor. We will provide a summary report after the survey together with annotated floor plans.
