Course description

Aim:  “To provide managers with the skills required to understand and manage change through effective communication and positive impact”.

Learning objectives:  By the end of the programme, you will be able to:-

• Identify the different phases of the consultation process of change
• Demonstrate the communications skills required by identifying a variety of methods to communicate the message (e.g. staff meetings, 1:1's)
• Recognise the importance of listening and two way communication skills in the change process
• State how to deliver the message to give a positive impact

Who’s it for?

Middle managers who wish to develop their skills around managing change and are unable to attend the one day course.

Please note: we also offer a further Bite Size session called "Supporting Teams through Change". The Bite Size sessions are an alternative to attending the one day course.
