Leamington Tribunal" "Interesting Cases". Reference to various cases heard including (Tribunal 10/4/1916) item headed "Conscientious Claim Fails - Illness May Succeed" where father applied for exemption for son on conscientious ground and also not mentally fit. First ground dismissed but ordered to get medically examined. (Tribunal 13/3/1916)(near bottom of col 4) another case headed "A Christadelphian Objector" (not named) where in addition where application claimed eyes medically unfit. Dialogue quoted. Refers to employment by Mr Wise at Shrubland Hall. Application dismissed on grounds that medical statement obtained under false pretences. Application dismissed. Applicant assisted by a prominent Christadelphian, Mr Nutting, who lodged an appeal.
