Description
County Courts and the War. Judge Radcliffe orders Judge of the Warwick circuit sent circular letter to officials in his circuit as to the enforcement of orders during the war. In many cases war made no difference as breadwinner still at work. But where breadwinner called on active service, he suggested the plaintiff be given the option to have case adjourned for a few months or have judgment with no order for payment of money but be able to apply for order payment thereafter.
