Warwick County Court - Kenilworth Butcher's Lease. Mrs Hincks, butchers shop in The Square, applied to break her husband's lease. He had joined the Forces in June and she said there were not enough men to carry on the business. She wanted to renounce the premises. Judge through lease could terminate at Christmas, or earlier if landlord found another tenant.
