Report of opening of new suffrage offices (for the 3 non militant societies: NUWSS- National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies, the Conservative and Unionist Women's Franchise Association) at 35, Warwick Street, Leamington. Report of Lady Willoughby's speech, the purposes of the premises and mention of 6 religious Suffrage Societies in existence. Lady Willoughby de Broke opened new offices. Miss Axford Member of the Church League, who instigated idea for premises. Other women attended, some of whom represented regional suffrage societies.
