At a fortnightly meeting of the WSPU at Trocadero Restaurant, The Parade, Leamington Spa, Miss Gladys Hazel explained the position of women suffragists with regards to the Prime Minister's proposal to introduce a 'manhood Suffrage Bill' next year, and as a consequence, the WSPU has "reverted to its former 'militant' tactics".
