Description
Lady Constance Lytton's imprisonment. Kept in Walton Jail under name of Jane Wharton. Recently addressed Leamington meeting, militant suffragist. Arrested for stoning Governor's House in protest for arrest of others for violent conduct during Mr Asquith's visit to Liverpool. Miss Jessie Kenney, WSPU spokesperson, reported she (Lady Lytton) had undergone forcible feeding.
