Good Gym helps people to do good while getting fit. Anyone can come along and run or walk to a local space or home to do a good deed.
We are a community of runners that combine getting fit with doing good. We stop off on our runs to do physical tasks for community organisations and to support isolated older people with social visits and one-off tasks they can't do on their own. It's a great way to get fit, meet new people and do some good. As long as you're up for getting sweaty, everyone's welcome.
Open to anyone who wants to give their physical activity some extra purpose, or who want to be active in a social setting in their local area.
Good Gym is for people at all stages of their fitness journey. Walkers as well as runners are welcomed.
